Is this kind of PTC sustainable

well you never know until you try eh:). I use one that has around 15 ads a day and they do payout, also have you got a link because i might use it and then ill know if its reliable or not:)

Nobody really knows except the admin itself. There are so many sites with just a few ads every day but still they are gone now with so many so called legit reasons for being not to sustain. You really cannot tell it from the ads itself, there are other factors that needs to dig upon.

It seems that every site starts very well and the first people to cashout earn money. Unfortunatly that is not posible without refarrals. That´s why I like to trade sites. I only trust old sites on a long term basis.
