I purchased a vacuum cleaner from Kmart.com. Since I do not drive and the shipping was free, I thought it was a good idea. I ordered a "Bagless," Dirt Devil vacuum, but when it arrived, there was a bag attached to the inside. I got online to see how this mistake happened. At the top of the page, it is described as bagless, but if you read the description and specifications, you find that it is not bagless and all. I have not decided whether to keep the one that I have or return it. I really wanted a bagless, but I do not want to go through all of the trouble of returning it. Now I wish that I had went to the store and bore the headache of lugging it home on the bus. At least I would have got way at paid for. This is the second time I have ordered from Kmart online and this is the second time they got my order wrong. I will not be dealing with their site again. Kmart use to be special to me, because I worked at their portrait studio when I was eighteen and now one of my nieces is working there at eighteen. But I just don't feel like being bothered with them any more. Has anything like this ever happened to you? http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_10104_006W899878110001P

Oh how horrible for you. I understand your frustration. I do not drive either so I can understand wanting to order online and have it delivered. I use to work in the Kcafe at the Kmart that is 5 minutes walk from my home. I do not miss it cause they always kept that store so hot and in the cafe it was worse. I would be drenched in sweat everyday whether I was in the cafe working or working as a cashier (I played double duty).

The bags may be worth it if it will be better for my Asthma. I sure hope so. When I worked at Kmart's Portrait Studio, I would eat at their restaurant sometimes. It was called The Eatery. The food was really good. Especially, the liver and onions.

I am so sorry and do feel if it said bagless at the top, it should be a bagless. I hate that you will have to deal with what you did not want. I have a bagless Bizell and I love it! I have already worn out one. I would not go back to a bag for anything! The one I have you can take apart and wash the parts after you finish with it. It picks up dog hair real well and you don't find that with a lot of styles. I hope it will work out for you whatever you decide. I felt like I spend more in buying bags than what I could buy the new vaccuum for!

I would have been aggervated also. Of course a couple of weeks ago Amazon sent me a extra cd by mistake. They told me to keep it and if I didn't want it to donate it to a church. I want to keep it though. It is a christain cd. I thought that they had my order mixed up since I ordered a David Archuleta cd. He won second place last year on American idol and I really enjoy hearing him sing. I hope you get this situated. I don't blame you for being aggervated.

I am glad that they are allowing you to keep the CD, that is cool. I do not know if bagged or bagless is best for my Asthma. I guess the dust will be easier on me if it is contained in the bag. I knew that who I empty my old bagless, the dust comes up and spreads.

Yeah I know it does. I use to hate empting out vaccum bags. I think you are better off with baglas but you have to empty out those also. I sneeze when I do it. I have allergies to dust. I use to make some of the places I worked for upset because of this but I couldn't help it. I remember when I worked in the shoe department at Walmart we had to dust off the boxes that were still on the shelf. I did it but you would hear me sneezing all day long. There and at McDonald's I am very allergic to Saw Dust. They had done some kind of remodeling and my manager asked me to clean off the tables. They were closed but boy did we have work to do still. Finally after I sneezed a bunch of times she had me do something else. A little dust is alright but a lot and I sneeze. I am sorry you have breathing problems. I have a close friend that has asthma also.

Hi Rosie, that's a pretty good price for a vacuum cleaner. I have ordered things online but have yet to order from Kmart. I usually visit the store on most occasions only because it's not too far from where we live, like target and walmart. I prefer Target for some reason and have always had good dealings with Target thus far. Sorry this has happened to you. Is there anyway someone can take you to Kmart to return it? by the way LOVELY profile picture:)

Thank you. I have decided that I will keep this one, after considering everything. I have only had good experiences with shopping online at Walmart. When I shop at Target online, the shipping and handling is usually too expensive, like Amazon, and it takes a long time for your order to arrive.

I have a dirt devil bag less vacuum cleaner and love it. My new Daisy May wants to attack it every time I vacuum. She is slowly learning not to bite the vacuum when it is moving. I do not know if I would return it or not. I would defiantly write the company and complain as to why the top says "Bag less and then you have to have to have a bag with it."

I have been so busy, I have not had the opportunity to even remember to call them. I am somewhat use to the on I have now, but it is very loud. Next time I am in the market for one, I guess I will have to spend a little more for a quiet one.

my friend has twice bought a vacuum at k-mart to get it home and find it dosent work and then they gave her a hard time returning it and she went to hte store. K-mart and biglots are the two worst places to buy a vacuum. I dont like dealing with k-mart because I have had problems with them before.

It seems to me that they use to be better, maybe my standards were simply lower back then. All I know is that this is certainly the last time I will ever deal with them.

That's kinda stupid... (of them, not you) I guess if they keep up lying like that they will lose a lot of customers or get a lot of complaints.

I do not know if they did it on purpose or by mistake, but it was definitely not cool at all.

I don't get it. It says "bagless" but it takes a bag. That doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me, duh.

Well, it is sitting in my bedroom and it certainly is not bagless. I wish I knew all the pros and cons of one or the other. I already know that it will cost extra to buy the bags, but maybe a bagless in this style may be more than I care to pay. I thought the price was very reasonable.
