Installing blowers, the airflow must be on outward flow from the computer case instead inward flow that gets dust inside the computer.

Yeah that's one of the cons of using pc.... If you want to control or regulate the temperature you got to use those noisy blowers.... Or have those liquid cooled hot sink but I don't know how to use it....

Or use Mac they are much quieter.... And don't need to open the case.... They are costly but worthy....

hi how2do!
well, i have not really thought about cooling down my computer. it is ON almost the whole day that i am awake. i don't have airconditioner either and now i don't have an electric fan. and it is very hot where i am working as sunlight goes in the glass walls.
so i dunno, do we need to cool down the pc? i thought it was only for the laptop that needs cooling down. so far, i have been working here for 2 years and everything seems pretty fine--except me. i hate the friggin heat!
take care and God bles syou!
merry christmas!

The main reason for over heating is dust and non-availability of air flow inside the cabinet.
You may open the cabinet casing and blow away the dust and tie the hanging wires so that it won't obstuct the air flow.
If the heat from cpu is very high, you can open the heat sink over the cpu and apply new thermal grease over the cpu.
You can also cool down the cpu by controlling the fan speed, speedfan is best suited freeware for this purpose.
check this link for speedfan http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php , and set speed to automatic which will allow speedfan to control speed of cpu fan according to temperature variations.
hope it helps

Hi there, one of the best ways of keeping your computer cool is constant airflow insdie your computer. You should try installing case fans for exhausting hot air outside your computer.
Intake fans at the front could is also a plus to keep the flow of cool air inside.
