Aside from Monster and hotjobs does anyone know any good websites to find jobs on? I am looking for something in a small town, so a site that covers rural ares would be great... I don't know if there is one out there or not......Any help would be greatly appreciated.... I am in great need of a job and someone else might benefit from this as well.

I'm in the same boat. I actually haven't had much luck with hotjobs but I do check it. Check your local newspaper. If they have it avaiable online, put that in your favorites. There's another one that I keep getting emails from, snagajob.com. Sign up and you will get e-mails. Another one is beyond.com. also, check with your state. We have something called the Michigan Talent Bank which you have to sign up for and put your resume on the internet if you want to collect unemployment. The Michigan Talent Bank is a list of positions based on your background that you put on your resume.
Good luck. It sure is hard, isn't it?

snag a job sends me emails too, but so far I have not had much luck with them. I didn't know about beyond, I'll look into that. our department of unemployment has a lot of listings, but everytime I apply the position has been filled, there is just so many people looking that it's getting impossible. I am on unemployment, but I only get $79 a week.
