why didn't Nat Geo feature the "Dona Paz" tragedy in Seconds From Disaster?

hi all, i'm a regular viewer of Nat Geo shows, especially Air Crash Investigation and Seconds From Disaster, since it helps me aware about how simple technical or human errors can cause catastrophic loss of lives. one of the featured episodes of Seconds From Disaster involved the RMS Titanic. we also have another infamous disaster which is considered as the worst peacetime maritime disaster: the MV Dona Paz of Sulpicio Lines, which killed at least 4000 passengers. my question is, why didn't Nat Geo feature the MV Dona Paz tragedy in Seconds From Disaster? this is the worst peacetime sea disaster, and should be featured so that people would be aware of this disastrous loss of lives aboard a small oil tanker and a mid-sized ship (supposed to have carried just nearly 2000 passengers, but more than 4000 people are reported aboard). this would also feature how human error and negligence caused this tragedy.
