Daydreamer2: Have you eperience that your friend already loves you?

I met a friend only in internet and because i've shown my face on it he already admit that he loves me. Its a bit scary because he wants to meet me and he wants to see my real face, i don't know what to do he even get my number and he always remember to text me, i'm a bit confused do i have to reject him? i see his face in the net also but i'm not sure if he is really the one i'm chatting to. I also forced myself not to rant about him because its like you know? useless? and i still want to be single but he really likes me and i'm scared what shall i do?

I can sense that you two have just known each other, and I would understand that you have some sort of keeping something for yourself, needless to say, there are many false promises by chatters online, like saying they like you already the first time they saw or chatted you, its actually cheating, how could someone honestly love another when it was just first few exchange of conversations ? I would suggest however, that you don't have to necessarily reject him or ignore him but try to know more on him and let us see how things works to both of you.

Oh man, that is scary. A lot of people hook up that way, even though they do not always turn out the way they planned it. If I were you, I would ask him to initiate a video chat because sometimes photographs are not always reliable. If he's really your friend though, you should tell him that you aren't ready for a relationship. You shouldn't lead him on if you don't really feel about him that way.
