hii frnzzzz sooo wat would be the easyy tips to loose weight with short timee do u ppl havee anyyy idea's if sooo plzzz share ittt to be fit n healthyy.....

Hi

I think you are already doing the right thing!

Anyways, I will share with you what I did to lose a total of 25 kilos in 65 days.

1. Always eat a breakfast! It gets your metabolism going from the very start.

2. Eat little, but often. Make your portions small, but eat 5-6 times a day.

3. Although walking is wonderful, you need to increase the load or burden. Your body will get used to the walking, and your muscles will use less energy to do the exercise. You need to change your exercise regime in order to vary the exercise.
Walk one day, run the next, and cycle the day after.

4. Be sure to give yourself a rest once in a while.

5. Also, just a word of warning: dont lose too much in a short while. it's better to lose weight gradually!

Thatss thankss of uuuu yeahhh im doingg the same thinggg but a wana want to replace the walking with some other thing wat would be better actually i m borred to walk alonee ther is no zeall in meee... i just need smething different..can u suggest

If walking isn't fun, switch up with other activities you like that will keep you going. Sports, sprinting, jogging,get a radio or Ipod for music while you walk, use fast tempo music it will automatically speed you up.
Also, you might find a friend that would want to walk with you, it would make it a little more fun.
Sounds like your diet and exercise program is working, keep on keeping on.

yeahhhh im doing the same but no 1 for the cmpanyyy n u knww lisening to music on n on dailyyyyy itzz boring yaar sme thingg new but yes i can replace them with a sportss thas a nice idea...........
