Where do you download television shows the most?

I like to go to Isohunt.com and Mininova.org to download my stuff. Although, there are certain things I can't seem to find.

You'll need a uTorrent program to download stuff from those sites. I'm only assuming you don't know this. If you do, forgive me. ;-)

I don't download television shows. I wouldn't even know what site to go to. Is it legal to download television shows? I don't know anything about it. What kind of shows do you download?
