I have a two-year daughter, as a young mother, I usually cook the porridge, cook noodles, rice, cook the eggs with vegetables, fry the fish. Sometimes I really don't know what I can make for her much healthier? Could you help me? I will appreciate your response!

A dietitian Roberta Henry suggests that the most practical way to plan meals for children is to use the traditional basic food groups-milk and cheese: meat, poultry, fish and beans, vegetables and fruit;and bread and cereal..
She added that toddlers, from 1-3 years needs calories between 900-1,800 daily.
Happy mylotting mommy sunny!

Hello sunny. I think that it is a good idea of yours to cook what you cook for your two-year-old daughter because they are healthy food and it is good for the growth of a child. But maybe you can also cook some other food that is available in your place, which you think is good for health. Happy parenting, sunny friend.
