Yes, so do I. Unfortunately, I have not been able to fall asleep recently. I know that I am stressed, so that is not helping the situation. I'm getting desperate. I can take a sleeping pill, but I don't fell entirely rested the next day. Does anyone have any tips to help to get me to sleep? Thanks!

The tips I know are cut out all caffiene and that includes foods and drinks that have it. Try to not watch anything too exciting on tv before going to bed. Maybe take a warm bath and listen to soothing, easy listening music. Make sure no lights or anything like that is close enough to wake you up. Sometimes , I will take a tylenol pm to get some sleep.@surveytaker29345 (489)

Thanks, the tylenol pm did the trick and I felt well rested the next day.

Hi, something must be worrying you, that's why your sleep is disturbed. Unless that is resolved, you will continue to have problem sleeping. That's usually the case with me - I can't sleep when I'm worried, anxious or stressed. I used to take sleeping pills, but they didn't work well. I would wake up very lethargic and groggy the following day, hardly rested at all.
So I learned to relax - try to resolve any problems I have; not worry about being unable to sleep, do the things I enjoy doing. Hope you will find a solution soon - take care!
