i was a representative in my college days,were you a rep/leader at any stages??

yup i was been a group leader during my college days in our thesis project.. and all i can see is that by my determination to pass the subject and i study hard and taught all of my members how our project done.. i really give them advices and pointers on what we need to do and to be done.. so we have a thorough planned before implementing our project and dividing the tasks.. being as a leader i try to be nice to my members and did my very best for them to really learn since they have some problem about how to do the project..
