Change the look of mylot homepage

Hi all mylotters... the way my homepage looks at mylot here is not satisfactory to me. When i click on any username, most of the home pages that i see looks quite right. When others see my homepage whether they see the way i see it or it looks different? How can i know? I tried to change it but without success. Can anybody suggest how can i do it and in what should i rearrange it to make it look attractive? Thanks in advance for your useful suggestions...
