The Most Harrowing Experince of my Life  

That was a long, long time ago, not in this house, in my parents house when I was a kid and it was my grandpa, not my uncle, and he was NOT a good man (He sexually abused and raped people) so I am not so sure about the protection. As far as the salt, I use white candles to remove evil spirits and it works great. We had a lot of them in this house here until I did the white candle ceremony and put them all out and erected a barrier so they cannot return. Now my daughter can be home alone without encountering them anymore. It scares her because she can physically SEE them with her eyes. I can't see them so much with my eyes, except a shadowy kinda thing, but she sees them as plain as day. I can hear them, but I pretend I can't so they won't bug me. lol. Anyhow thanks for the tips.

I have chills . . . omg, you are so right. This question has been on my mind for so many years. Thank you. I cannot get rid of the clock, it belongs to my parents. It is in their house. Anyway, now that he is gone, the clock holds no power. Neither does the radio or record player. Thank you for your help.

Hi Flower, It seems to me that you have adapted some of the Jehovah's Witness beliefs in that hell is just the common grave, and the 1000 years thing, am I right? I believe some of what they believe also, still deciding on a lot of stuff. Your contribution is interesting and yes, there is unfinished business between my grandfather and I. He has a lot to be confronted about if I ever see him again. I am most interested in knowing what the two questions were that your son asked you, if you are willing to share. There was most definately an evil entity inside my grandfather in his life. He was a professed christian, but he did some very bad things. I am intrigued by your bible stories proving the existance of ghosts, more or less, as my hubby, an ex JW, still believes all JW teachings, even though he is non-practicing, insists there are no such thing despite having lived here, in this house which has also had plenty of spririt activity up until I performed the white candle ceremony. I would like to read more about the prophet summoned after death if you know where it is in the bible. I believe the demon meant to destroy me. I had never felt such evil, my hair was standing up on my whole body in places I didn't even know I had hair! If my bones had hair, it would've been standing up too.

I guess I do agree with the JW's on some things, but disagree on others, especially they seem so exclusive, in that they're right and everyone else is wrong, but I guess that's not unusual! I'm kind of a blend.. protestant, and catholic, Judeo, and mystic.. The prophet being woke up from death, is in 1 Samuel 28:about 5-15. Reading it, sounds like evil entities were surrounding Saul, who wanted to talk to Samuel about it.. The questions my son asked me were: (He was feeling a bit bitter, at such a young age, 16! Now he's 26! He sid "Why was the tree of knowing good and evil in the garden? and - Isn't it nice we get to be an ant farm? I answered him, but wasn't very satisfied about my answers, so started seeking the answers, and what I learned reaLLy made an impression on me. And reaLLy cheered me up about life, and having been a free believer (no church:) for almost 20 years, I wasn't all that bummed out to start with. What I realized is that God iS Life. The life force and source, who else? "In the beginning God." - And he is also Perfection. God had two choices, he could have stuck with plants and animals and worlds.. and never made rational beings.. or he could endow thinking ability, which becomes the ability to choose (which he did endow thinking ability to angel and man). Now of course God knew, as soon as he did that, well, a whole new world (or tree) of possibilities would 'come to be' - and of course God being Perfect, can only be honest and true, so there was that tree in the original garden of life, as it was now a part of, life. Of course God knew that surely somewhere, sometime, someone was bound to think "do we really have to do everything God's way?" But as soon one chooses something other than God chooses, they beging to travel away from Perfection/Life/God. But this journey through imPerfection is unavoidable, if there is to be rationality. And if you're gonna have 'free-will' you have to let it run its course or it's not 'free-will'. Because of this (free-will, thinking ability) we all suffer some, and some way terribly. But, God being Life, lives through, suffers and experiences all sufferings and indignations which occur! WHY would he put himself through all this?? Because he's not making robots, or an ant farm! But a family! And an eternal UNbreakable paradise.. for all will fully understand "good from evil". I later found out "why did God wait such a long time, before creating the universe and man and woman? Creating them not only after that first bound-to-occur rebel thought occured, as it did in Lucifer, but waited til it fully matured into outright revolt and deceptive trickery." He waited, so that all (men and angels) would take this unavoidable journey all together, once and for all 'time'. Otherwise each person and angel would take the journey through imPerfection all in their own time, and it could go on infinitley! I'm thinkin' what a clue to God's very patient nature, that he waited so very long. For when there was 'only' the Father, the Son and the angels, I'm thing there wasn't all that much to go astray about! So I'm thinking He waited an infinitely long time.. Because he's creating the best. Being Perfect, and all powerful and all good, he has done all things in order to bring about, not just a good end result (of all this) but the very BEST end result! [Any religious doctrine that does not reflect 1-God's Perfection, 2-God's goodness, is not a true doctrine. It's impossible.] Just recently I realized, that God being Life, the force, or life force - in order to remain aLive, Living, He, Life, can only be excellent.. Therefore it is impossible for the end result to be less than utter Perfection. I know I'm writing a lot, but there's something I'm forgetting.. besides the idea that God is not going to lose millions of souls.. impossible. Oh yes, once one becomes imPerfect, and is traveling away from Perfection/Life, one cannot reverse their journey and travel back to perfection, for they are imperfect. And so the Father sent the Son, to check that journey away from life. [And he designed this "from the beginning".] I believe, thru the bible, that 'judgement' day (or examination day, of examining all history and all lives, as to what went wrong, etc) will last 5OO years - all will be there. And after 5OO years, who will not believe? And that's all Christ ever said, "those which believe.." Anyway, to cut this babbling short, I like knowing as I live in this world, and watch the news, etc. that the end result cannot possibly be anything less than perfect and the best outcome possible. Besides being fully convinced of what a good guy, God is.

Free will - think about it. If you had a love potion and a guy worshipped and adored you and loved you so much how happy would you be? Wouldn't you wonder if it were not for the love potion would he really feel that way? Oh yes. Maybe you would enjoy it for a month or two, but then you would just go nuts. The question would drive you insane. You might remove the potion to see if he really loves you. That is how I think of free will. and Jesus dying and returning kinda speaks for reincarnation. Not millions of souls. If everyone who ever died throughout history from cavemen to the future were to all be here in the end that is too many, so we are the same soul, over and over, evolving, improving, working on ourselves, but it is a smaller group of us than we think. We are always given the opportunity to come back and try again. We choose the circumstances and set ourselves up for the lessons we must learn before we come here each time. I am giving you best response, sorry it took me so long to get around to it, but you have contributed the most to this discussion, hands down!

Hi Sonya, I think some people can see them and some can't, although all have the ability, so it's really more like some can and some won't or don't. We all have different levels of abilities, but the gift is there for us, if we believe it, and sometimes even if we don't believe. The non-believers will try to pass it off as something else though, usually. Also, a spirit chooses who to reveal themselves to and who not to sometimes and as you said, he was closer to your sister than to you, so that would explain that. So, the talking must be that she didn't realize it was him at first, and the scream when she recognized him and remembered he was dead? I just wondered why she first talked and then screamed.

I have shared this experience on other forums. I don't think he is still around, as prior to that time there were signs of his presence and since that time there are none. He was a very bad and evil man. I don't think, considering what he did to me and other females on this earth, that he is still around. In fact, a new baby was born in our family and given his name and it is content when anyone holds it except me, and then it cries so I think it is him, reincarnated. Thanks for your opinion, though.
