How to improve students' mental health?

well, i think some good books will affect them.books that will inspire them.

and i guess conversation will improve students' mental health too.

well,i am not so good at this part and i just can share this.
also i think that those students who have grown up is not so easy to teach.cuz

their character has settled and hard to change.
well,you should just try that possible ways to improve their mental health.

It will be best if a student can minimize the stress that he or she gets with studies, friends, and life in general. I think the best way to stay mentally healthy is to be happy. Not to take problems too seriously especially if you can't do anything about it. A student should also get all the rest that he or she can get because a fresh mind is always the best condition to be in for learning.

Schools and universities are not so worried about student`s mental health. In fact, my mental health was pretty much damaged in school! They are pushing too much of useless and not so important theories in our heads that we wont be able to use in our daily work and daily life!

I might say: I succeeded in university but I failed in LIFE.

I strongly believe that there are millions of students out there who can say the same about themselves.

Study and sleep should go hand in hand.While studying students should take breaks in between to fresh their minds, like listen to music is very good in bringing relaxation or watching songs for 5-10 mins as a break from studies.
