Have you read the books of Deepak Chopra?  

I had a fiction book by Deepak Chopra called Lords of Light. I picked it up because it looked intereting. It was about this guy from the middle east with great powers who could heal the sick, and people thought he was the new messiah. But there was this other guy (the main character) who is suspicious of him- and it turns out that the messiah guy is really evil.

It sounds like a good book and it was a really good book, until about halfway through. Then things just got so weird- the guy was dead, but then he wasn't, and the woman with him was some kind of goddess, but then she wasn't, and they were in all these alternate dimensions- I like fantasy and science fiction but it was just impossible to understand and made no sense. So i gave up reading after only reading half the book.

What book did you read by him? I dont' know if all his books are like that.

Can You name at least one or two of his books?

I have heard about this Chopra, but was it a writer? I am not so sure. Will need to search for more information on the web about this one. :)

I have read a couple of books by Deepak Chopra and I agree with you, some of them are very difficult to understand. I have borrowed some of his books at the library and quite often I didn't manage to read more than two or three chapters of the books, because they were very hard to understand. Which one did you read?

Some of his books are very good, though. I would recommend "The seven spiritual laws of succes" and "Book of secrets"."The way of the wizard" is another good one and it is one of my favourite books by him. I think that it is less difficult to read than some of the others.
