Impact Of Worldwide recession in India. What can we do to face it or accept it??

India is being hit quite majorly with the recession worldwide. Job cuts , no hikes are coming from everywhere. Probably this is also one of the bad times to graduate out of a college. What do we do at this juncture as an employee and as a student?

Ya India is also very much affected by the worldwide recession.. but i still feel that impact is still less as compared to the westreen countries.

yea but it is showing off in india as well slowly slowly...recently in bangalore there has been job cuts on a large scale...no promotions...no hikes...and most importantly no new offers...guys have taken loans to complete their post graduations but they are not getting jobs to pay back the loan

No matter how much we or our leaders try to convince that India is not affected by the world recession,the fact remains that yes India has been also affected.Companies are trying hard for survival and leave the IT sector which is very much dependent and related more than any other sector with US economy,Tata Motors has suffered a loss of more than 500 crores,they had to shut down their plant for around one week.Many more companies are following the suit.It will remain so as experts say for around one more year.Even small comapnies are now feeling the heat due to recession.
