What would you do if your parents decided to move thousands of miles away?

This is just hypothetical but what would you do? I would be very upset and miss spending time with my dad. I would be happy for him though if he chose to do that. HE's a good man. my mom is no longer alive.

Well my dad is no longer alive, but if my mom decided she wanted to move miles away, I would ask her why and try to talk her out of it, I'd miss her too much. In fact, my mother in law moved miles away from her family, she's a missionary in Africa right now, I can't see how she was able to leave her family and move to a place she knew nothing about, but she loves it there, and her family has finally accepted it, and thats its something she feels she's been called to do. We see her about every 3 yrs. she's been there for about 9 yrs. now. We all miss her alot...

Gawsh...that would be hard on the family. I couldn't ever do that either. There is no way- not unless i could bring my family too lol. I would miss my dad terribly if he ever moved away. He & i are very close. He & my son are my best buds lol. Thanks!
