Ok There is a Gold Necklace in my Christmas card!!??

I received an envelope from the charity I volunteer for, in the last six months or so I jogged a 5 and 8K run for them called runher, Went to two balls and represented them and spoke in front of a few hundred people and have been an active member of their youth forum for around six or seven years. This year I received three different Christmas cards one from each of these three sections,However when I received the one from the youth forum section I noticed it was bulky and was kind of rattley, I assumed one of the younger members may have shoved in a mini sized packet of smarties or skittles or something. When I opened the envelope there was a very small wrapped gift inside, after taking off about five layers of paper I found a gold necklace?! It wasn't mine, but it was clearly wrapped as a gift,they office wont be open now until after new year so I cant ask anyone about it, I wonder if it was meant for someone else, however the card and envelope was addressed to me I wonder why I got it seems pretty odd to me.
