Hi i leave in india i want to transfer indian currency frm my bank to alertpay,paypal in us dollars which best cheapest way to this work i want buy member pack in ptc site

If AlertPay accepts your currency, then you will have to work out the exchange rate because you can convert to US at AlertPay. However, I have found that Bank transfers [deposits] to AlertPay are rather expensive, so look at the fees you'll be paying
