Do we Have Faith In God?

Hi everyone, my last discussion in religion was How GOD was created? and i had in a lot of responses which was really great and i have come to a conclusion where more than the need of exixtence of GOD do we have faith in him? thats the main thing that is needed to be known more than GOD's exixtence..have you ever trusted GOD on certain occasions and have you ever prayed to him with real feelings and not by the fear of the lord..i think i mostly have prayed to him and he has given me the best results in life and i think i have faith in GOD more than fearing him...whats your opinion about the faith that you have in GOD?

Oh ! Yes ,definitely.There is some supernatural element that watches all our actions on this earth. GOD is really great.He is our friend , philosopher and guide.

Yea, I have faith in God but not like blind faith. You know people sometimes don't go to doctors but to pandits for diagnosis. I have seen a guy was taking his boy to the [i]pandit[/](one who does the worship against you in the temple) rather than a doctor while he got a snake bite.
I am not that kind of a person but I do have believe in God and I also worship them. I said them because in my religion there are more than a million of Gods!!!

I suppose that you must be a Hindu to have so much GOD'S and as you have said i also dont follow the stupid sentiments but i worship GOD and i dont believe in these sentiments..

Not millions but nearly in thousands..and only four to five are worshipped and others are not..actually the avatars of GOD's are in many numbers...

Yes Hindu religion does say that there is only one Almighty but it also gives you the independence to worship that same God in any shape, form or conditions you like...You are the same person with different relationships to different people who approach you in numerous ways...But you are one and only one person...That's also explained in Hinduism..Glad to see that you have tried to know the truth about religions other than yours..Hope I have solved your confusions...To study the real meaning of Hinduism refer to Rig Vedas and Bhagvad Gita.That's all. It was a plan to read and comment more about this conversation, today which is the tomorrow of yesterday, but unfortunately, I'm not able to do the reading to make the comment that I wanted to today and I will once again have to wait until tomorrow.

I amways pray to God whenever I am in problem but never pray to God when I am happy.Thats not good.We need to remember God everytime.Evin in good and the bad times.He is always there to help us.I have faith in God and think he always looks at me.So I try avoiding doing bad things as much as possible.

it's hard sometimes when the going gets tough.
But hey walk by faith and not by sight.
I'm still learning how to lean more towards faith and guard my heart and tongue.

GOD is the most powerful medium that humanity has to wash away all its sins...its actually confessing to someone ..to believe that we are not supreme...the process to be humble,kind,caring ,loving that we achieve by believing in god...it is the faith in ourselves and circumstances ..confidence that everything will be allright..somebody will fix it...
