I dare not to see horror film,tell me how to overcome?

Well, why you must watch the horror film? Maybe that will make you horror. But if you want to have a try, I think you can watch the film with other, if there are a lot of people around you, you will dare to watch the film, and you will find the file is not very terrible.

it may be a phobia of urs..or if not ur having trouble getting away the horrible scenes and pictures out of ur mind after seeing some horror movies. but i have to say that it depends on the movie shown though. there is one particular movie that has me really shaken and has me stopped seeing another horror movie for a while and started imagining things or being paranoid LOL...hahaha....the movie is THE RING..its the mosttttttttt frightening movie ive ever seen..i even imagined one time about that girl coming out of my computer and imagine its my habit to stay in the computer tooooo late and the dead of the night. ul start hearing or imagining things that before u knew it, ill just turn my pc off and hide myself in the blanket and trying in vain to sleep hehehehe....

anyway, my only suggestion is try do it slowly... step by step i guess. there are horror movies that arent frightening at all..because of some bad scenes, bad costumes or set ups, or lame story or it may be corny..hehe..u may start at that, then try to see if it affects u at all.:)) then u can go through that challenge by watching another horror movie much scarier than the first. it helps when u have a company in watching it though to calm ur nerves. hehe goodluck:)

it is all in the mind.just think it is not really happening,keep your emotions in the side when watching an horror film.try to watch a movie,the first few times,with your friend.
