| |  No, I never had problems with playstaion 2. The reason being is that I always played in a parlour so never had problems.
The parlour owner had some problems and he knew how to fix it up.

| |  OMG, yes, I have a broken PS2, I was actually looking at it today wondering how to fix it. Okay, actually I have two PS2's that need fixed. My luck lately with systems has not been good. First, my power went out when I was playing my PS2 and now it will not play sound!Sometimes it will play with a picture that starts from the bottom and scrolls upwards. This is so aggravating, I can't possibly play the game when it is scrolling up. lol.
Then I have a PS2 that says "disc read error." I know, this is a popular problem, but I need to know what to do to fix it.

The other one seems like it needs a new av port and power switch thats located on the back. if you cant get the playstation 2 thats has a disc error to work. i would see if there both the same models and switch out the Cd drives. Thats if there the same models and we are talking about the fat models not slim. hope that answered that. if that link doesnt work copy and past it in your broswer | | | |
