I have had a Paypal account for many years but never transferred any money from it - it might cost a great deal, but I am not sure.
I use the money for many of my Internet businesses and upgrade them and so far it has worked well.
You might find something if you make a search on the Internet - there must be some exchange program..you could move the money to another bank that provides a debit card...
At least I know that Solid Thrust Pay has a debit card you can order if you are a verified member..

It is really difficult if you don't know the procedures... Better to visit or call your local bank.... They sure know about Paypal and how to handle it....

Once you get the minimum amount ($150), the transfer will be a piece of cake. When creating your account, you should make sure you ahve entered all details correctly, changing them later will be difficult and you'll need ID proofs.

Im not sure if earning with paypal is easy, as they have the highest fees among online processors, but transfering is comparatively easy.

i never tried it but i have heard that its not so difficult to tranfer paypal money to local bank as it charges only 1$ for tranfer and rest is easy...so try it once and ask me if any problems still persists..
