| | | | | | 1.  perlazam23 (227) | 12 months ago |  Hello, vccordova, I think xenical and lessofat are all not good for slimming, I had a neighbor who past out 3 years ago, and accordingly it was because of xenical. I don't how true it was, but that was the rumor.
But what I know is, there is no other best way to be trimmed than finding out how you gain some weight and loose it the way you gain it.
Try to look back say a year or maybe 2 and compare it presently. Consider what you were doing 2 years back. Were you still a student? and that you move your body much?(Are you working now? and often times sitting at my office table?) sort of that, then you will find the answer to( "loose lbs. the way you gain it) Happy new year.
