Hackers Country....is this Truth......???

Serbia has lots of small time hackers and a lot of pro ones. Turkey is also famous for having a lot of hackers. So yea, mostly nation in eastern Europe and some Asian countries like China.

I would say it depends on the definition of hacker. One definition states that a hacker is someone who 'plays around' with computer codes to see wha effects it would bring to a computer system or program. With this definition any country which has the highest number of programmsers wins.

Another definition is someone who breaks into a computer system. The 'white hat' hackers call this group 'crackers'. They are the ones who cause havoc to many computer systems in the world. They send trojans, viruses and back door programs with dishonourable intentions. The number of crackers cannot be ascertained because most crackers prefer to remain anonymous. Currently many malicious hacking activities seem to originate from one or two countries. This may indicate a large cracker population but on the other hand most of the activities may be carried out by a few hard core crackers.
