What percent of rented referrals are generally active.

If i rent few referrals in a PTC. Generally what percentage of them are active.
I am quite confused as I was planning to rent referrals for arabux and neobux. But I am not sure that they will provide me only active referrals. So can you tell me by your experience that waht is the percentage of active referrals..Like if i rent 100 how many among them can I expect to be active.

depend the site, almost site over 10-25% for level 1 ref. & 5-10% level 2.
but other site can give 100%, & if u upgrade u'r member can be 400%.
So u try check the site rule.
