Use of grocery coupons

I wonder, with food prices skyrocketing, how many benefit from grocery coupons,and where you get them besides the Sunday paper. Many stores will not accept online coupons. Does any one belong to a refund, or coupon club, and does it help. Every time I go to the store and look at the prices, I sigh, and wish for the prices of yesteryear. Any advice would help.
