Do you jump into conclusion easily?

I realize that sometimes before someone finishes his or her story, i'd already start condemning people in my head. I'd form my conclusion even before the story unfolds.
What about you?
Do you easily jump into conclusion? Do you start blaming people even before the full truth is out?
