My Friend is Scaring Me!

So, my best friend, Adrienne(The one in the SAW III shirt in my post earlier this week) was acting a bit weird yesterday on the phone. She said she was freezing, and when I asked her why, she said it tied into something extremely personal, and only 3 people know about it. I already know she has a therapist(I don't remember why right now), so I just ignored it and let it go. Well, later last night, I mentioned i was eating pizza, and she said she doesn't eat that very much, because it hurts her stomach, then said that a lot of things do, because she has a sensitive stomach. I asked her why, and again, she said it involved the same extremely personal thing. I asked her what, and she said she'd text me later. Well, around 11 or so, I got her message, and she says(I'll just post the main parts), "I want to tell you, but then I don't because I'm just scared". I texted back and told her she didn't have to tell me if she didn't want to yet, and her next reply is what's freaking me out. She replied(Again, edited a bit), "Haha, thanks. Hey, what if I told you that I only had a few years to live?" I asked her what she meant, didn't get a reply all night. I just messaged her on Myspace, and I asked her what that was about, and she said, "Don't worry about it". What could be going on? This has got me really nervous. I even asked my mom and even she doesn't know how those two things could tie into this. I'm just confused and nervous like crazy right no. I appreciate all the feedback I can get on this. What could this possibly be?
