Remember when Mr. Kennedy would get upset at Tony Chimel for his announcing....

...skills? The first time I saw Mr. Kennedy was on Velocity. He got mad at Tony Chimel and would shove the microphone in his face and say, "What the hell is wrong with you?!" I remember he was wrestling some jobber on Velocity. He'd threaten to throw the guy into the crowd, but instead he'd throw him back into the ring. Then he'd laugh. Ah, Mr. Kennedy was a funny heel.

yeah i remember those days. mr kennedy is a good heel and he had some great feuds against hbk, flair, and even batista. i do hope he gets back in the ring as either as a face or a heel. i think he works both angles real well. i wouldn't mind seeing him go up against the older guys like taker, hhh, big show, or edge. the guy deserves to get pushed into the limelight. he has good ring skills and he is a genius on the mic. hopefully, he gets a legit title shot and title reign this 2009. i think though that when he gets back into the ring he gets to feud with mvp. he has been on mvp's case since last month and i think that is a good build-up to a great feud between these two. mvp and kennedy can be considered as the new blood of wwe and a good feud between the two will give fans somethign to look forward to this year. just my thoughts. cheers!!!

Yeah, Kennedy and MVP would be interesting given their history. (Which WWE would never acknowledge. Three month rule.) They're going to need more main-eventers on Smackdown sooner or later. They did the right thing with Jeff.

Yes, I agree that Mr. Kennedy was a better heel than face. He had a lot of potential and many people thought that he would be WWE champ in no time. Injuries have set him back. Anyone remember the storyline about Mr. Kennedy being Vince's son?

Well, that was the original plan. Then, Kennedy got caught in that Signature Pharmacy scandal. So instead we got Hornswoggle.

Yeah I loved that and that is why he was awsome as a heel now I dont care for him as a face and wish he would go back to being a heel. I always thought that they would have some sort of match to bring kenedy more heet.

He's still funny as a face. I think it was inevitable that he'd turn face, since people liked him since his debut. He was one of those cool heels. When he was feuding with Shawn Michaels, I wanted to him win that feud so badly. He didn't, which makes me wonder if HBK is still a little political backstage.

Yeah i think Kennedy had such a great heel run and i weirdly prefer him then to now. Probably because he was active then. I used to love his skints with chimel and i often wished he would attack him haha. I think now that Kennedy is back on smackdown he could hopefully turn heel and go up to main event status.

Well, I hope he stays healthy for a long time once he comes back. Smackdown could always use another big-time player.
