Usually when they start talking about someone, that is just a clue that they are bringing that character back
That's usually the cue to let us know they are coming back or introducing a new character, whenever they keep bringing up the name, so yes, I think he's coming back. The boy in the bed was either the original character or his doppleganger! He looked a bit grown up, thinner in the face.
We've all thought Michale's character would be back, the only question really is: will it be the same actor?
