| |  i don't actually remember wearing a polka dots on new years eve but my mom, aunt and grand mother do wear 'em. but yes your right we never became rich as they says... include also putting some coins on your pocket and shake them when midnight comes. ha ha ha... still nothing happens.... well, just have fun welcoming the new year and be safe from the firecrackers too. happy new year cheers

| |  Where have I been all these years? Am I the only person who has never heard of this tradition? I can tell you I will not be wearing any polka dots on New Year's Eve unless by some miracle I get to go shopping tonight. I don't even own anything with polka dots. If only I had known! I could have been rich a long time ago! Maybe I should make an effort to get to the store. What do you think?
