Can lemon juice help in overcoming exhaustion after intense cardio exercises?

I am into intense cardio workouts now. I do feel exhausted after about 15 mins of jogging. Sipping water helps one stay hydrated but is lemon juice a better choice?

Water does help you stay hydrated.. and lemon juice helps you be more revived.. :) Hope this helps..
