For me it's people who complain about driving in the snow and ice when they don't have to be out. It's one thing if you have to get up, brush off your car and dig your way out of your driveway to go to work. Then you have a right to complain about the weather. Or, if you run out of diapers or milk and have to run to the store. But, if you don't have to go anywhere and choose to go to the store to see what's on sale then you don't have a right to complain.
I also get bugged by co-workers who call in because the weather is bad. First of all, it's Wisconsin. It snows 8 months out of the year here. If you can't drive in it then you shouldn't have your license. Secondly, if you choose to live outside of town rather than closer to work then you should be willing to accept the fact you'll have to drive in bad weather at times during your commute. If you can't handle that, move closer to work.

I don't like the gloomy sky and the freaking cold weather. I'm from a tropical country and I was in London last year for 6 months. London wasn't that cold, the minimum only reaching about -1 degree Celcius. But that was enough to make me hate winter. Also, we only get to see the sun and blue sky 2 days in the entire week. That's pretty depressing.

I hate winter all the time for many reasons. First, it's very cold here, and I have to wear many clothes to keep warm, which makes me feel awkward. Second, it ususally snow in winter. When the snow falls down on the earth, it frozes. As a result, it's rather slippery to walk on it. People have to walk extremely careful in case they may slip. Third, the air is very dry in winter. It makes me feel uncomfortable.
So, I hate winter.
