info on free splash pages???

anyone have asplach page? or know where to make a good freeone? I am learning a lot about ptc's and link exchagne sites, and I have started adding my ptc links to some. I am looking at making a splash page (a page with all my ptc links) to add to the link exchange sites and some ptc that I have earned credits for banner ads etc. I tried one, but was not sucessful.. any one have any thoguths to share? I am seriously tring to build a downline and I think this might help. Thanks!
