Hey, wouldn't it be fun to go to Jamaica with a good friend or significant other and lay on the beach? Stay in a resort and have massages every day? Enjoy the beautiful waters! The people there are beautiful. I would love to see them first hand and experience the area. Ever happen? Is it a valid dream? What are your thoughts?

well my ex is from barbados and I was there once, and I would love to go back again it would be just beautiful

Isn't Barbados where that gal went and disappeared. Her mom hunted for her, some young guy was interviewed, no one ever charged. I pledged to try to deter anyone and everyone from going there! It does sound beautiful though.

it don't know I never heard about it, I know that canadians have been killed in Mexico, on three or 4 occasions now.

forgot to say that Jamaica is also a tough area if you go to the wrong places, it can be dangerous.

As a Jamaican myself I would hope that your wish will one day come through. Indeed Jamaica is a beautiful country and the citizens are warm and welcoming. Just remember that this little island will always be here so if you cannot visit now then in the future you will.

Hey celtic! Waht a wonderful dream! I have never been there
and have heard such great things about Jamaica! I would love
to go there some day! Like today would be perfect! It has
snowed and it is 23 degrees with a wind chill making it feel
like 10 degrees so far! And they are expecting wind gusts
up to 50+ miles per hour and icy roads! Nice New Year's Eve
to stay right where I am and I plan on it! And tomorrow is
going to be even colder! Nice NY weather! And there will still
be one million crazy azz people in Times Square watching that
ball go down at midnight! Me, I will watch it fall from the
comfort of my apartment! I may be crazy, but not that crazy!

So what is 'their patties'? I would have try some of their local dishes too. Those fancy fruit drinks too. Heehee
