In this joyous season of merrymaking and endless parties remember this:

funny but we should take this seriously. Delicious and sumptuous meal is ok but take control. Not bad to eat all varities but please do have limitations. this one's for me as well. i love eating!

ahuh! its the first day of 2009! my new resolution, that i just thought right now, lose weight! im not really fat, im thin, very thin. but my tummy, yikes! try to bring back my flat tummy. it started to, you know, become disturbing, when i started working in a call center. eat, sleep, work, eat, sit down, sleep. no exercise at all. tsk tsk. | |
