What region do you live in?

We just recently bought a time share and one of the things we get to do is trade it for time shares in other places. For many places, the region is pretty straight-forward. Maine is in the North-East, Colorado is the Mid-West, some of them are always considered a certain region. But, I have noticed a lot that Maryland is sometimes in the North-East, sometimes in the South-East, and sometimes is Central-East (not fairly common). If the category doesn't list what states are in it, I sometimes have to pick the region a couple times just to find out where Maryland is. Technicall, Maryland is a southern state because we're SOUTH of the Mason-Dixon line. But, our weather is much like northern states so sometimes we're lumped in with them. Does your state always show up in the same region or is it like Maryland and sometimes it's in a different region than you expected?
