how did you enjoy you celebrate new years?

last night was the last night of two thousand and eight, and i sat at home becaus eof the weather with my girlfriend and we had dinner, and watched the ball drop together, and that was about all because there really wasn't anything going on this year around where i live and the weather was cold anyways, so i was just wondering what everyone else did this year for new years eve to welcome in the new year? i would like to take this time to thank everyone for taking the time out of your day to come by and read and review my discussion and hopefully answering, and trying to help me, and i hope that you all have a great day and night tonight, thanks again for taking the time to stop by.

We just stayed home and relaxed with the kids last night. The weather wasn't the greatest here either and we didn't have a sitter. So we just stayed home and messed around. We watched movies on tv and waited for the ball to drop. Our 6 year old surprised us by actually making it up till midnight to watch the ball drop. Then we went to bed.
