How does one make this Chinese dish called American Chop Suey?

Chinese chop suey and American chop suey are two version of Chop suey with different taste. Only different in those are chinese add Tomato ketchup/sauce in preparing chop suey and other different is the stye of vegetable cutting. Chinese use slice vegetables where as American use Julienne cut vegetables. I love Chop suey not only Chinese but also American.
