Snoring problems and sleeping partners! Solutions please!  | |  What grief this problem gives! Sick of the choices of either putting up with the noise or of having to decide to sleep in separate beds. Any solutions?

I remember seeing a certain thing you can paste on the nose so that the person won't snore when sleeping. Buy that for your partner or recommend them to buy it.

I was concerned initially - sleep apnoeia is actually a life threatening condition for some! | | 2.  cher913 (13338) | 1 month ago |  i am a horrible sleeper and my hubby snore very loud. i usually end up sleeping on the couch because i have to go to work and need a good nights sleep. but what i would suggest is going to the drs to make sure there is nothing wrong with your partner plus, you can get those nose strips. they work but are sorta pricey.
