has 2008 been a good year to you?

Hey there I had a pretty bad year as my dad had cancer and was all ways in and out of hospital as was my neice all ways in and out of hospital with astma or her eplepsy playing up then I found out I had gale stones after being in accident and emergency a number of times my mum had a possible stroke and ended up in accident and emergancy the day before we where meant to be burrying my father as we lost him on his dads birthday so I found out 2 hours before he past away with a mix of nemona and his cancer also happened to not only be his dads birthday in late September but he also would of been 62 2 weeks after he pasted away then for the last think for the year I go into accident and emergancy for what both my mother and I thought where my gale stones playing up just to find out when the doctor came in that I was about 13 weeks pregnent so you could say it was not a good year for my family and I at all as it was just one think after the other but hope this year will turn out to be a much better year so far it has not been that bad of a year but it only is only 5 days in to the start of this year.

hi skbh,,well 2008 is a not a bad year for me and i always thankful to god that my age are still adding hoping for a great start this 2009 and i do hope i could fulfill all my duties as a mother,a wife,and as a person..anyway its good to hear that you and your boyfriend are having a good relationship hope to hear your wedding bells..cheers!!!

For me, it's a good year except the last month. In this year, I found a good job and go Beijing to watch the Olympics. All of this made me very happy. But in the last month, I was so busy, I prepared the paper for graduate, that made me so tired. But in 2009, I will graduate from the college, I hope I can have a big success in 2009.

For me,yr2008 was sound.I got a brand-new job in yr2008,which is always keeping me busy and be a learner for new knowledge,I like the new job so far~and my wife and I had some wonderful domestic travellings.What's more,my wife had been promoted in yr2008 and thus got increased in the salary la~wow~~

this yera has a lot of ups and downs for me. a lot of things to celebrate but there are things that broke my heart and cried too. my eldest graduated form high school and my youngest graduated from elementary things that made me one proud mama. my sister gave birth last september, a bouncing cute baby boy. she is married for five years already that is why we are all so excited of her giving birth. two of my relatives died that really broke our hearts for their death was just three days apart. the prices of comodities shot up and i have four children to feed.... and a single mom as well so it was really nerve racking. but all in all i still can say that it was not a bad year but i am still hoping and praying for a better one.

well not in a way but knowing what happened in the past year i no the next year is not going to be a good one either, my flying is closed for it had to renovate its runway !! and now the CFI has also left the school, but the construction has not yet started and the we dont know what the school is upto now !

First of all i wish everyone for a prosperous new year. in 2008 i have enjoyed a lot of things and i have learned manythings like how to earn in internet all. especially i came to know about this wonderful site.

It's more of a better year than bad. We became financially stable. Our small family business did good and we're earning decently. We bought a brand new SUV for our family and we're planning to buy a new house and lot for more convenient. I also got a new girlfriend after a year of none. I guess she'll be my wife in 2 years. I'm so happy that I found her.

Hi skbh12 wish you happy new year.In 2008, i'm very happy because i learn more thing about in english languge and i got many friends in that year.one important thing is one person enter into my life,that is my woodbee.i will geting marrage on feb 2009.So these two year are very good for me.
