 What do u guys do when u feel confused about your recent job? I just can't stand the idiot manager any more but it's hard to find another one during this Financial Crisis. What do u do to release yourself?

Just keep calm and think what will happen to you if you quit. But at the same time, look for another one, as other suggested.
Besides, equip yourself better by learning more. When the proper time comes, you can quit.

Few days ago, i met the same problem with u,and i almostly quit and try to find the new job. Because one accident few says ago made me fell frustrated.After several days' thought,i found it will be the same result after changing a new job, my life is in a bad circle--work-unhappy-quit-finding a new job -work ----.How to change this?
