Have any of you watched this show its really fascinating?

I recently started watching this show on cable called I Survived its a documentary show that airs on the BIO channel thats short for the biography channel in case you may not know of it, well anyway the show is about different people who have gone through tarable ordeals and lived to tell about them, its about real people who survived amazing situations, and on the show they usually have 3 people telling there story's of survival and they tell detailed accounts of what happened to them its a really fascinating TV show. Have you seen it?
