Have you tried hoodia?  

I haven't tried it personally, but have a friend that has. She had great success with hoodia. It really curbed her appetite. She also went on a strict exercise regeim at the same time, so that also help her lose the weight. She has managed to keep it off too. I am also thinking of trying hoodia for my weight loss goals.

well i too love that programe man vs wild but i8 hate it when the guy eats live insects and other animals well i havent tried that hoodia plant because i havent felt the need to try that,,,,,,and also you can look at the prescription of that pill you are talking about or consult a doctor for that

First of all good job on stopping smoking. I'm 26 years in and admire a person that can do it.

I've seen hoodia, but never tired it. I do think it is better than most over the counter stuff because it's more of a natural herb than some of the caffinee pills available. Diet pills are dangerous, just as your energy drinks can be, but hoodia I think is different, it's more of a natural way.

Hoodia works really well as an appetite suppressant, just make sure it's all natural.
