hihihi sometimes, i feel giggly when my baby moves in my tummy. i can't really feel her kick me. because i know a kick would feel differently. like the one time i lied down on my side and she wanted me to move. i feel her hand touching me with urgency, as if telling me to move. but i was too stubborn and sleepy to move. after about 3 times of touching me, i felt a stronger and quicker sensation, which i felt like was a kick! lol
anyway, her usual movements are really more like wave like movements. if we observe my tummy, it looks like the surface is undulating. and whenever this happens, my husband would very much like to see what is going on inside. he can only imagine what the baby is doing. and baby is also responding to her papa's voice. that is why our papa is so excited to see her already and he can't wait for her to come out. lol
anyway, have you experienced this? i mean the undulating movements? i am thankful that she is not kicking me hard, because like my mother, her ribs were really sore until after she gave birth from all the kicking that it got!
hehe please share your valuable experiences here.
thanks all and God bless you! :-)

its just such a great feeling when u knw tht someone is inside you. and baby kicks is just so wonderful. it started for me from the 18th week. now in the 21st week i have baby kicks everytime. she is moving everywhere. well esp. after eating there is lot of movement. then when i sit down and concentrate , there are those kicks. i really dunno how to say waves, kicks. just cant imagine when i get kicks from right left up down. i dunno how hard she is goin to kick me. but its just nice always and it makes me laugh and smile.

Hello spoiled311,
Being pregnant is the most amazing and valuable experience to me. I experienced the baby's kicking, every bit of his movements and enjoyed so much that time. Well, I really missed it now and did think of having another one...
There was an emergency moment when few weeks before my delivery date, the baby stopped moving for a day. I was so worried that we went to the maternity clinic nearby our house. It was a Sunday and my doctor was not available as she was out station. Lucky it wasn't serious. Knowing that mommy was so worried with his behavior, my baby son started to kick harder the next day. Sometimes he kicked too much that I couldn't even get enough sleep. After he was born, he seldom cries and sleeps nicely at night. I think he got tired of being too much active when he was inside...

I remember the same experiences with my babies. It felt so good to feel them move inside and so happy to see the proud hubby's face light up when he catches the baby move inside. For me it was not so often that my husband would chance upon it so it made it more valuable for the both of us. And I do remember their elbows (I think it was their elbows!) move and it hurt quite a bit sometimes I'd cry out in pain.

When I was pregnant, my baby used to kick me and for the last tow months I even saw my tummpy getting a lump, which was her legs pushing my tummy. My baby used to have hicpups in my tummy, it is really a funny sensation and I couldn't belive it the first time I felt her, it was fantastic seeing my tummy jumping with baby's hickups. It is the most beautiful experience of all, congratualtions

I had a lot of kicking from both kids, and i have a small frame so not much "chub" around my belly when i was 8-9 months preg baby did a lot of moving.. not really enough room to kick, but rolling and shoving! My friend was fasinated.. it kinda looks creepy to me, but i was glad the baby was moving, ment she was health and okay.
