CPSC Releases Clarification of CPSIA Regulations and Used Children's Items

There have been several discussions upset about a new regulation taking affect in the US in February regarding testing of children's items for lead and phthalates. The majority of the discussions seem to be with regards to buying and selling of used children's items. Today the CPSC released a document clarifying that CPSIA does NOT apply to USED children's items.
