Disney Princess Stories Volume 3: Beauty Shines From Within

This is a very good princess stories volume. You get three stories of Ariel, Jasmine and Cinderella in one. The stories are simple yet the lessons being instilled to the audience are good. For Ariel's story and a new fish friend, it taught my kids that no one has the right to intimidate anybody and you can be happy any way you want it but not in the expense of others. For Jasmine, it was a good love story and I am enjoyed it very much as an adult. The story shows Aladin's love prevailing everything even if Jasmine had already turned to a horrific anaconda. For Cinderella, it was very nice watching again how the prince fell in love to her for the first time. All in all, it was Aladin and Jasmine's story that I loved the most but the other two were also good. The animation and graphics are not that colorful as expected but they were good enough as my daughters love to watch it endlessly.

My daughter loves the Disney Princesses as well and has this disc. The Ariel and Jasmine stories come from the cartoon television series from the 90's that were based on the respective films...I actually remember watching them when I was younger, so it's nice that I can share that with her.

Really, I never thought that there were tv series already before. Now there are lots of it on cable tv. I just hoped they were as good as the Disney movies quality wise because those Disney stories on tv have a mediocre kind of graphics and quality, even the songs are not that very good.

Yes, it would be better if the series had shared the artistic beauty their film counterparts had, but the reality is that Disney saw a popular film and found a way to make more money off of it by throwing together a series. In the 90's, no one really cared that much about the quality of the animation in a children's cartoon.
