Does Will Smith Performance in Seven Pounds Deserve an Academy Award?  | |  I must say that I was skeptical to go see Seven Pounds, and I must say that I was extremely impressed by Will Smith performance in Seven Pounds. He has not only matured as an actor, he has perfected his craft. The love scenes between Rosario Dawson were very realistic, this was the precipice that added to the drama of the film. Do you think that this film and acting by Will Smith should be nominated for an Academy Award?
