nope. lucky i love to sleep and can get right to it when i want to and it amazing

usually I don't, but since our baby was born I seem to need the t.v on. And if I really can't sleep--due to a messed up schedule--I will take a Tylenol PM! It is cheating, but it works!!

i used to have no trouble sleeping ..but the last few years i have been unable to sleep longer then 4 hours if that ..i take tylenol pm's mostly.. i have taken just about every sleep aid on the market..wanted to go to the dr and get him to give me something but my husband said he would just tell me to take benadryl and tylenol so i didnt even try..and yeah i feel less then human some days..

hope you can get some zzz's if all else fails i usually try hot chocolate

Melatonin is a herbal sleep aid, found at walmart and CVS in the vitamin aisle, probably other places too, 3mg does the trick :)

no i use alcohol only for that reason, easily available and enjoyable

Yes, sometimes I use Tylenol PM to help me get sleep at night. Sometimes I have a hard time falling asleep and other times staying asleep. I will also use Nyquil as that usually knocks me out pretty good.
